What is a

How mushroomsare cultivated

Growers prepare a substrate, introduce spawn, let mycelium colonize it, then change conditions to trigger fruiting.

Why controlledenvironments matter

Fungi respond to humidity, CO₂, light and temperature. Controlling them means consistency, cleanliness and crops that don't depend on the weather.
